SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We want your KSV pieces to reach you beautifully and seamlessly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping, delivery, and tracking.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your KSV pieces on their way to you.

U.S. SHIPPING

We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more. For orders under $150, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

 

 

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after your order has been processed. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

DELIVERY

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. KSV Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
